Mentorship quality (backlog)
Mentorship quality — backlog
Section titled “Mentorship quality — backlog”Follow-up work for how well a mentor is doing, after the opt-in mentor guide and users.mentor_became_at tenure stamp.
Cross-links: Mentorship, Messaging.
Mentor rating (human)
Section titled “Mentor rating (human)”Goal: Let mentees (and later churches) give human feedback on a mentor — a rating distinct from activity metrics.
v1 gap: No rating columns, no submit UI, no aggregation. Becoming a mentor only records guide acceptance and tenure.
Sketch:
- Who rates: primarily the mentee on an active or recently ended pairing
- When: after a pairing ends, or on a cadence while active (decide at implementation)
- Store: per-mentorship ratings, plus a denormalized aggregate on the user for display
- Visibility: mentor may see an aggregate; raw comments policy TBD
Mentor score (activity / AI)
Section titled “Mentor score (activity / AI)”Goal: A score derived from activity and/or AI (step reviews completed, guide adherence, message moderation, study outcomes on mentees) — not a substitute for human rating.
v1 gap: No computed score, no job, no display.
Dependencies: enough mentorship activity to be meaningful; AI guidelines for any automated quality signal.
