Outcomes and rubric
Two tools help you keep curriculum consistent and measurable: learning outcomes (what growth you are looking for) and the rubric (how you judge whether a study plan is well built).
Learning outcomes
Section titled “Learning outcomes”Open Administration → Outcomes.
A learning outcome is a named competency or milestone — for example, understanding a core doctrine or completing a phase promotion check. You define outcomes here, then attach them elsewhere:

Create and update outcomes on the outcomes page before linking them in plans and tracks. Mentors may see rollup progress for outcomes tied to a mentee’s track.
Study plan rubric
Section titled “Study plan rubric”Open Administration → Rubric.
The rubric is your quality checklist for study plans. Each item explains what good looks like (clear instructions, appropriate pacing, and so on). When AI review is available, the same items guide automated feedback.
Using the rubric while authoring
Section titled “Using the rubric while authoring”- Read or update checklist items on the Rubric page.
- While editing a study plan, walk through the list yourself.
- Optionally run Review on the plan for AI comments tied to those checklist areas.
