Designer overview

Designers build Garrison’s shared curriculum: study plans, tracks, quizzes, and the quality checklist that goes with them. Learners and mentors use what you publish in their day-to-day study — they do not open these admin tools.

Open Administration from the main menu. Under Curriculum you will find Study plans, Curriculum map, Rubric, Outcomes, Quizzes, and Tracks.

  1. Write study plans — the step-by-step guides learners follow. See Study plans.
  2. Build quizzes when a step asks learners to answer questions. See Quizzes.
  3. Publish each study plan when it is ready so tracks and new studies can use it.
  4. Assemble tracks — the ordered path a mentee follows over time. See Tracks.
  5. Check the curriculum map — a bird’s-eye view across spiritual phases. See Curriculum map.
  6. Keep outcomes and rubric up to date — what you measure and how you judge quality. See Outcomes and rubric.

Publish tracks and study plans before mentors can assign them. Draft content stays visible to designers only.

When your organization has AI authoring turned on, you can draft study plans with the AI assistant, improve step instructions with suggestions, run Review on a plan or quiz, and Summarize with AI on the curriculum map. AI suggestions are always optional — you choose what to accept.
